To ensure that we can continue to serve you and all our clients in the best way possible, we have put in place the following appointment policies: 1. Cancellation Policy: We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a charge. Cancellations made within 12 hours of your appointment will incur a full service charge. 2. Rescheduling Fee: We are happy to accommodate changes to your appointment. However, if you reschedule your appointment more than twice within a week, a fee of 50% of the original service cost will apply. 3. Groupon Redemption: If you wish to use a Groupon for your appointment, please be sure to provide the redemption code when calling or emailing to book your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation of the Groupon offer. Please note that if you cancel your appointment within 12 hours, your Groupon will be redeemed as part of our cancellation policy. 4. Health & Safety: If you arrive at your appointment feeling ill, we kindly ask that you reschedule to protect both your health and the health of others. A 50% fee of the service cost will apply if you arrive sick, and your appointment will be rescheduled. 5. Late Arrival: We value your time and strive to stay on schedule. Clients have a 15-minute grace period to arrive for their appointment. After 15 minutes, we may need to reschedule your service, and a 50% fee of your service cost will apply.
