I’ve been part of the beauty industry and my community for over 15 years. What began as a childhood curiosity (yes, I once used a clothing iron to straighten my sister’s hair!) has grown into a full career built on passion, skill, and dedication. After graduating from Tricoci University of Beauty Culture as a licensed cosmetologist, I focused my craft on modern color services specializing in balayage, highlighting, and customized chemical treatments for all hair types and textures. Through the years, I’ve continued to deepen my knowledge and refine my techniques to ensure every client leaves with hair that’s not only beautiful but healthy. Every appointment is more than just a service it’s a chance to relax, recharge, and feel confident in your own skin. My mission is to create a space where you feel heard, cared for, and inspired. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Appointment Policy At Neli PROFESSIONAL, we are deeply committed to providing a high-quality, personalized experience for every client. To help us serve you and others efficiently, please take a moment to review our updated appointment policies: --- 1. Cancellation Policy We understand that life can bring unexpected changes. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. If you cancel within the 12-hour window but choose to reschedule, a 50% service charge will apply instead of the full amount. This allows us to accommodate other clients and respect everyone's time. --- 2. Rescheduling Fee We’re happy to adjust your appointment as needed. However, if you reschedule more than twice in the same week, a 50% fee of your original service total will apply. This ensures fairness and availability for all clients. --- 3. Groupon Redemption Planning to use a Groupon? Please provide your redemption code when booking via phone or email. If the code is not provided, your Groupon will not be honored. If you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment, your Groupon will be marked as redeemed, per our cancellation policy. --- 4. Health & Safety Policy If you are feeling unwell, please notify us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. If you arrive sick, your service will be rescheduled, and 100% of the scheduled service fee will apply. Your health and the safety of our community is a top priority. --- 5. Late Arrival Policy We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive after 15 minutes, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. If you reschedule, a 50% service fee will apply. If you do not reschedule, and the service cannot be completed due to tardiness, it will be considered a missed appointment, and 100% of the service will be charged. --- 6. Satisfaction Policy (Chemical Services Only) If you're not fully satisfied with the result of a chemical service, you have 72 hours from your appointment to return for any necessary adjustments at no additional cost. After 72 hours, any correction will be considered a new service and charged accordingly. We stand behind our work and want you to leave feeling confident and beautiful.
