I’ve been part of the beauty industry and my community for over 15 years. What began as a childhood curiosity (yes, I once used a clothing iron to straighten my sister’s hair!) has grown into a full career built on passion, skill, and dedication. After graduating from Tricoci University of Beauty Culture as a licensed cosmetologist, I focused my craft on modern color services specializing in balayage, highlighting, and customized chemical treatments for all hair types and textures. Through the years, I’ve continued to deepen my knowledge and refine my techniques to ensure every client leaves with hair that’s not only beautiful but healthy. Every appointment is more than just a service it’s a chance to relax, recharge, and feel confident in your own skin. My mission is to create a space where you feel heard, cared for, and inspired. Appointment & Cancellation Policy
At Neli PROFESSIONAL, we are committed to creating a personalized and high-quality experience for every client. To serve you and others efficiently, please review our updated policies:
1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or reschedules require at least 12 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
If you cancel within the 12-hour window but reschedule, a 50% service fee will apply.
2. Rescheduling Policy
You are welcome to adjust your appointment as needed.
If you reschedule more than twice in the same week, a 50% fee of your service total will apply.
3. Groupon Policy
Groupon services are only valid Monday through Thursday.
Groupon codes must be provided at the time of booking (phone or email).
If a code is not provided, the Groupon will not be honored.
If you cancel within 12 hours, your Groupon will be marked as redeemed per the cancellation policy.
4. Health & Safety
If you feel unwell, please notify us immediately to reschedule.
Clients who arrive sick will be rescheduled, and 100% of the service fee will apply.
Your health and the safety of our community remain a top priority.
5. Late Arrivals
A 15-minute grace period is offered.
After 15 minutes, your appointment must be rescheduled.
Rescheduled services will incur a 50% fee.
If the service cannot be completed due to tardiness, it will be considered a missed appointment, and 100% of the service will be charged.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee (Chemical Services Only)
We stand by our work—if you have concerns with a chemical service, please reach out within 3 days so we can make adjustments.
7. Additional Studio Policies
A 5% charge applies to all transactions made with a credit card.
Due to limited space, only one guest may accompany you to your appointment.
We reserve the right to deny service to anyone who is disrespectful in any way.
If you fail to inform us at booking that you have extra-long hair or are adding additional services, those services will not be provided unless properly scheduled.
